Demolition of Existing Senior Center RFP

Description: Work of this project consists generally of: without limitation, complete demolition of existing senior center and annex building totaling approximately 25,000 square feet, including mitigation/abatement/removal of hazardous materials; full removal of existing foundations; cutting and capping of existing utility services for the buildings at the main; backfilling and surface restoration as necessary; soil amendment; and replanting with grass. The contract documents fully describe the work. Work shall be completed within 50 Calendar Days from the date from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Contractor is advised that the construction window is limited from October 1, 2026 to January 14, 2027.
