Demolition and Removal of Grain Elevator RFP
The Village of Ivesdale, located in Champaign and Piatt Counties, Illinois, is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a grain elevator within the village. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, permits, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to demolish the structure, remove foundations and appurtenances to at least three feet below grade, dispose of all debris, backfill and grade the site, and leave the area in a clean, safe condition. Sealed bids will be accepted by mail or hand-delivery between August 10 and August 17, 2026, and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on August 17, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened at the monthly Village meeting.
