Dementia Unit Improvements, San Carlos Correctional Facility (SCCF) RFP

Description: Dementia unit improvements - consists of renovations to seven existing cells as well as exterior improvements to the outdoor recreation area for the entire facility and the portion designated to the specific unit. The work includes widening of cells doors, reconfiguring cells to allow for access of hospital beds, installing new accessible combi units, installation of a new accessible shower unit, and creating a laundry room with storage.
