Deionization Water Services

The City of Tempe Water Utilities issued an RFQ to establish a one-year contract for regeneration of water deionization systems and activated carbon column regeneration and replacement of spent filters, with delivery/pickup and service windows and a 72-hour completion requirement after notification. The contract term is one year from award with potential renewal options and requires Type II or better reagent-grade water standards and Puretec-brand (or approved equivalent) materials; liquidated damages of $20/day may apply for late services. Bidders must have at least four years’ experience, maintain a Phoenix metro office, and comply with federal, state and local certifications.
