Mobile Carts RFP
Procurement of mobile carts.
Description: Mobile Dehumidification (DH) unit: 300 CF per minute (CFM) of processed DH air. Reduces relative humidity (RH) within the aircraft to a target zone (30-40% RH) within one (1) hour. Once docked to an aircraft, unit automatically regulates (30-40%) supplied RH air to the aircraft regardless of ambient temperature and humidity. Achieve 30-40% RH for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day: Test ports for process airflow. Electric reactivation of dehumidifier. Closed loop system. Doors and access panels gasketed with neoprene. The replacement of shower stalls. Inspect current shower prior to removal for any discrepancies to piping leading to and from shower that need to be corrected to ensure watertight integrity. Install new shower to manufacturer s recommendation, supply a copy of the manufacturer s installation and safety procedures to the coast guard point of contact after completion of installation. Shower to be installed: sterling ensemble 36 x 34 fiberglass shower pans with center drain and walls in white with shower curtain rod, or similar. With new mixing valve and handle, and any piping for new drain. Caulk all items needed to ensure weather tight integrity. Dispose of all materials once work is complete.
