Description: Provision of deferred compensation plan services for the county. seeking to contract with an experienced governmental retirement plan administrative firm (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) to provide administrative, investment and trust services for Cape May County Deferred Compensation Plan ("the Plan"). The purpose of this RFP is to identify the best bundled administrative service and investment provider for the Plan. The County is seeking a vendor that will deliver high-quality recordkeeping and administrative services, provide our employees with person-to-person communications regarding the Plan and its role in ensuring a successful retirement.

Licensed Site Remediation Professional Services. seeks proposals from qualified firms to create a pool of consulting firms with Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP) on staff to assist the County with site investigation and remediation services at various sites within the County. Firm(s) selected shall provide site investigation and remediation services as requested by the County on an "as-needed" basis. The services may vary and may include, but are not limited to, site investigations, all phases of Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), underground storage tank (UST) registrations, removals and closures, groundwater and soil testing, remediation, and Response Action Outcomes (RAOs). In accordance with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), site remediation work shall be conducted under the guidance of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP).
