Description: WMATA is requesting information—not grant applications—from qualified vendors that can provide operational, administrative, technical, and process-support services for its Tickets & Citations Management Application (TCMA). The RFI seeks vendors able to manage or support the existing application and related processes for satisfying tickets and citations, including coordination through Miscellaneous Payment Requisition. The scope covers the citation lifecycle through payment coordination and closeout.
