DBB #26-213 - Central Energy Plant Boiler #2 Refractory Repair project

Description: The University of Wyoming is soliciting all labor and materials required to repair the north wall of the firebox on a 60,000 pph IBW boiler at its Central Energy Plant. The work is limited to refractory repairs on Boiler #2 to support safe and reliable plant operations, with estimated completion by November 1, 2026. This is a facilities-repair procurement, not a grant program, and responses are due August 31, 2026.
