The work consists of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations for the equipping of a well as depicted in the Drawings and Specifications. The civil work includes, but is not limited to, site grading, placement of a aggregate base, the installation of a new decorative iron fence, access gates, a new concrete curb and gutter, and removal of existing landscaping. The structural work includes, but is not limited to, a new CMU wall section, pipe supports, a pump foundation pad, equipment pads, and replacement of an existing energy dissipater structure. The mechanical work includes, but is not limited to, the procurement and installation of well discharge and waste pipelines, valves, fittings, a tapping saddle at an existing water main, and appurtenances. The electrical work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of an Owner provided motor control center (MCC), Owner provided transformer, Owner provided control and communications cabinets, procurement and installation of conduit, pull boxes, power cabling, fiber optic cables, electrical termination to new equipment, and electrical terminations at Owner’s existing equipment.
