The Defense Health Agency’s active Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Original), PANDHA26P000046644, titled Script Center Relocation, seeks relocation of Script Center equipment among military exchange, clinic, and hospital facilities. The four CLINs cover two LS within the Cherry Point Exchange; one LS from the Dyess AFB Exchange to the Dyess AFB Clinic; one Mx and lockers from the Fort Carson Exchange to Fort Carson Hospital; and one Mx and lockers from Maxwell AFB Exchange to Walter Reed Exchange. The SAM.gov posting identifies Cherry Point, NC as the place of performance, provides the primary PDF Combination Synopsis-Solicitation (FE).pdf, and labels the opportunity as a procurement solicitation rather than a grant program.
