DASD 2026 Copier (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking authorized suppliers of multifunction printers (MFPs) and managed print services to support the needs of the organization. The multi-year partnership will provide modern hardware, all-inclusive supplies, and technical maintenance. The vendor is responsible for all costs associated with any contract resulting from this RFP, including service, repair, maintenance, and parts, delivery, installation, and the removal/disposal of all existing equipment.
