Dallas Love Field Security System Support and Maintenance

The City of Dallas Department of Aviation seeks qualified proposers to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and expansion services for the integrated security systems and infrastructure at Dallas Love Field Airport for a sixty (60) month base period with two (2) one-year renewal options. Work includes preventive maintenance and break/fix support for Access Control Systems (ACS), Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM), CCTV/VMS, security intercoms, access-controlled doors and hardware, and related network and cabling infrastructure; the contractor must also support future security technologies and integrations. Proposers must meet City of Dallas IT, TSA cybersecurity, and NIST standards, hold required Texas electronic security/low-voltage licenses, and ensure personnel meet TSA screening/clearance requirements.
