The general scope of the work the contractor will be performing is to supply a comprehensive VRDS solution to include all hardware, software, on-going upgrades, training, and technical support, including current and future integration services. If required, the contractor will provide migration services for all existing reports and templates in the current legacy VRDS. The preferred configuration will be through the use of a hybrid cloud environment (Must be FedRamp approved such as AWS fedCloud). The system should also be configured in such a way that software, storage, servers or other upgrades can be performed with no or minimal impact to end users. The goal is to maintain a 99.99% up-time.
