Seagoville Elementary School - Addition & Renovation *Re-Bid* RFP
Project consists of the following: 1. Construction of a new storm shelter addition. 2. Renovation and installation of a new secure vestibule. 3. Renovation of the existing special education (sped) classroom. 4. Installation of new landscaping associated with the storm shelter addition. 5. Reconfiguration of the existing driveway to accommodate the new storm shelter addition. 6. Removal and replacement of the existing digital marquee signage. 7. Demolition and removal of existing portable buildings, including associated covers and sidewalks; disconnection of power and fire alarm systems; and regrading of the area. 8. Furnishing and installation of a new public address (pa) system. 9. Furnishing and installation of a new fire alarm system. 10. Construction of a new wall to separate the idf room from the break room
