Work consists of architectural general construction work associated with providing new boilers, condensate vacuum pumps and domestic hot water heaters in the cellar existing boiler room including: - patching & recoating of walls & floors at boiler room. New lighting in the boiler room & rm ce-07. Crack injection repairs and waterproofing at perimeter cellar walls in the tank room, corridor c02 & gas meter room. Installation of new ceiling fin. & fr frame & glazing in room CE-07. New door & landing at ex'g op'g from ex'g electrical room. Partial roof repairs & patching the 2nd floor roof for installation of mechanical equipment.
