Demolition work includes but is not limited to the following: the existing kitchen/servery, portions of the cellar kitchen support areas, park cafe, portions of the outdoor terrace, and some masonry openings for structure and mep. Construction includes, but is not limited to the following: carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and telecom/security activities. Installation of all new kitchen equipment in the kitchen, servery, and cellar support areas.
