Cultural Resources -NRCS Massachusetts RFP

Description: The government requires an archeological and cultural resource services firm to conduct a cultural resources intensive ground survey for a proposed irrigation well and pipeline project. This is a diversified, medium scale vegetable farm that was historically a dairy farm. The farm has a need for irrigation to supply sufficient water to the farming operations. NRCS has planned and designed an irrigation system that would consist of approx. 2,500 feet of 4” diameter HDPE irrigation pipeline installed at a depth of 4 F from the ground surface and associated riser hydrants. A 6” diameter bedrock well is planned to be installed up to a depth of 700 F.
