ELOP Culinary Program ( Request for Proposals)
Qualified educational partners to implement a specialized program focused on culinary lessons to teach essential kitchen and life skills using a fun, hands-on approach. This program must provide students with enrichment lessons that include cooking techniques, nutrition, food and cultures, meal prep and execution of a recipe before consumption. The curriculum is intended for an eight (8) week period, providing 8 hours of programming each week for students in grades tk-5 (14 sites) and tk-8 (4 sites) at six (6) school sites per two (2) month cycle.
