Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC Redstone) issued a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) seeking innovative aviation training solutions across three Areas of Interest: Fixed-Wing, Rotary-Wing, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. The CSO aims to rapidly train and qualify aviators, transform aviation training using commercial practices and technology, and grow the aviation industrial base; expected program scale includes training 900–1,500 rotary wing pilots annually under a COCO model.
