CRRC Facility Maintenance Services - (Request for Quote)

Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, coordination, tools, equipment, materials, and services necessary to operate, monitor, maintain, repair, and support the government facility s mission-critical infrastructure systems. Services include routine operations, preventive maintenance coordination, corrective maintenance coordination, system monitoring, testing oversight, reporting, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. All systems shall be maintained according to manufacturer’s recommendations for service level and interval. Systems shall not be removed from service without prior Government coordination and approval except during emergency conditions requiring immediate action to protect life, safety, equipment, or mission continuity.
