Crossroads Business Park Expansion Contract B Grading, Rcb and Water Main

Description: Project includes the roadway grading for the city's industrial street extension. The roadway grading for a rural section of industrial roadway which includes the grading for approx 2,700 LF of industrial street east of the existing end of industrial street. The roadway grading will consist of approximate 13,000 CY of grading. The roadway grading includes the installation of storm sewer improvements including a twin 12' x 7' box culvert. Subbase and paving for the roadway to be done by others in a future contract. The project also includes the installation of approx 2,850 LF of 12" water main and associated appurtenances.
