CPW On-Call Water Resource Engineering Services
The State of Colorado Department of Natural Resources issued this RFP on behalf of Colorado Parks and Wildlife to obtain qualified water-resource firms for as-needed professional services supporting CPW’s Water Resources Team. Services include water-court technical support, water-rights inventory and asset management, investigations, operational stewardship and accounting, and project management, supporting water assets across state parks, wildlife areas, recreation areas, and hatcheries throughout Colorado. CPW anticipates multiple awards to provide statewide coverage under agreements of up to five years, with an expected project start date of February 15, 2027.
