Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service New Mexico office is soliciting quotations to control Russian olive and salt cedar on a 160-acre government-owned conservation easement property near Santa Rosa, New Mexico. The work includes inspecting and treating the entire project area, using herbicide or hand-pulling methods where appropriate, and furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. A site visit is scheduled for September 1, 2026, and quotations are due by email no later than September 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
