14 Maple Avenue Renovation Project RFP
Work generally consists of the renovation of portions of the existing building, including selective demolition, general construction, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler work. The building will remain occupied during construction. Alteration, including the removal and reconstruction of new interior non-load-bearing partitions, equipment, and associated ceilings with new finishes, furniture, and lighting.
