Work includes full replacement of sidewalks and ada curb ramps in the historic downtown to address trip hazards, mobility impairments, accessibility impairments, and other impediments that may inhibit travel along the sidewalk. The project scope includes full replacement of identified sidewalk hazards, non compliant curb and sidewalk sections, and ada ramps. Contractor is responsible for traffic control through the duration of the project and must adhere to the manual on uniform traffic control devices (mutcd). Pedestrian access must be maintained on one side of the street at all times.
