Contract No. 2 - White Farm Wastewater Treatment Facility RFP

Description: This project includes the construction of a new, advanced wastewater treatment plant with nutrient removal for discharge to an existing onsite disposal system. The facility is designed for and average daily flow of 1.7 MGD and will receive raw wastewater from the Town's existing collection and conveyance system. Unit processes include: influent screening, grit removal, influent pump station, a pre-equalization basin (convertible to a future SBR basin), 2-train SBR, post equalization, effluent filtration, ultra-violet disinfection, and effluent pump station. Supporting systems include chemical addition, aerated sludge holding, sludge thickening, sludge dewatering and autothermal thermophilic aerobic sludge digestion. A central control building, utility building, electrical and controls systems, and other site improvements are included to result in a fully functional treatment facility.
