Construction of a new bridge to include (but not limited to): construction of new reinforced concrete footings founded on piles and the placement of stone fill. Installation of precast concrete frame units and reinforced CIP wingwalls and headwall. Installation of guide railing as shown on the contract drawings. Grading and all approach work within the limits shown on the contract drawings.
