Contract Attorneys - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The Contract Attorney shall provide legal services to EXIM in accordance with the awarded BPA Call Order (collectively, including the additional services described below, the “Services”). The Contractor shall perform the services as a non‑personal services contractor, in accordance with the requirements of this contract, with Government input on technical and general guidance of requirements, priorities, and deliverables provided by the COR and coordination with the SMEs such as the Assistant General Counsel for Structured Project Finance (AGC-SPF), EXIM Office of the General Counsel (OGC), and other EXIM staff. The services provided by each resource shall include: Providing legal advice and recommendations on a broad range of questions relating to: (a) SPF Matters, (b) general financing issues relating to the Covered Sectors, and (c) implementation of EXIM’s programs generally. Providing legal drafting and negotiation support for SPF Matters in Covered Sectors financings involving extending loans and guarantees, including, without limitation, Core Documents.
