Seeking a qualified consultant or team of consultants to submit qualifications for the Crossing Capacity Pilot Project which aims to empower NH transportation, wildlife, and environmental stakeholders to continually create a robust, efficient and multi-benefit pipeline of crossing projects. The selected consultant or team of consultants will achieve this goal through further development of a stakeholder-informed stream crossing prioritization framework, an associated training program, and technical assistance for the new NHDES Stream Crossing Grant (SCG) program.
