Infrastructure Master Plan Update (Reissue)
The South Coast Water District (District) is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to prepare an update to the District’s 2017 Infrastructure Master Plan (Master Plan). The purpose of the Master Plan update is to revise forecasted potable and recycled water demands, wastewater flows, population and land use statistics, update and calibrate the District’s existing potable water, recycled water, and wastewater InfoWater hydraulic models, assess existing system deficiencies, and reevaluate the previously recommended 2017 Master Plan capital improvement projects and cost estimates. The updated Master Plan will be used in the development of the District’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). A detailed project description is downloadable from PlanetBids as Attachment "A".
