RFP for Consultant Project Manager for LIFT Initiative
The University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Telehealth Alliance Steering Committee and the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN), seeks a consultant to lead establishment and governance of a statewide telehealth alliance under the LIFT Initiative. The work includes recruiting and convening the alliance and establishing its governance; the statewide needs assessment and later funded projects are outside this contract. The anticipated contract term is November 16, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and questions are due October 28, 2026.
