Description: The New York State Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for several highway construction projects, including drainage and pedestrian improvements, bridge joint repairs, signal optimization, and crack sealing and joint overlay repairs. The projects cover locations in Chautauqua, Allegany, Chemung, Steuben, Dutchess, Orange, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties. Bids must be received by 10:30 a.m. on October 1, 2026, through Bid Express or by sealed submission, and must include 5% bid security.
