Description: Alpine ISD is requesting competitive sealed proposals for Construction Services for the Manuel Payne Field Softball Turf Improvements project. In partnership with the City of Alpine, the district is renovating Manuel Payne Field into a tournament-level softball facility for the Alpine community. The facility is intended to serve the Alpine Lady Bucks Softball teams, the Big Bend Amateur Softball Association, and the larger community.
