Perform roadway improvements on the section of roadway identified in the attached map. This will include asphalt patching at two locations, crack sealing, applying micro-surfacing and re-striping the entire specified roadway section. All work will be completed in accordance with industry standards to ensure quality and durability. The general tasks include: Crack Sealing: Clean all cracks and joints to remove debris and vegetation, and seal cracks 1/4\" or larger with a suitable rubberized or mastic sealing product. The work will follow the appropriate guidelines for crack treatment, including the potential use of the overband method for sealing. Micro-Surfacing: Prepare the pavement surfaces by cleaning and removing any loose materials or oil spots. The application of micro-surfacing will be done according to established guidelines, ensuring smooth joints and proper coverage without excessive buildup. All utility lids will be masked before application and unmasked afterward, and proper work area protection will be implemented. Asphalt Patching: Remove damaged asphalt, sawcut for clean edges, and compact the existing base material to the required specifications. Any necessary imported base material will be used. A tack coat will be applied to edges before placing the hot mix asphalt patch, which will be compacted to meet the specified thickness. Roadway Striping: After the paving work is complete, the contractor will apply appropriate striping to the roadway as per the requirements.
