Construction Quality Management {CQM) for Contractors- Course Offering

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District is offering an 11-hour Construction Quality Management course for contractor personnel, scheduled for October 8–9, 2026, at Davenport Public Library Eastern in Davenport, Iowa. The course covers Corps of Engineers construction quality-management concepts and procedures and is intended to support certification of Contractor Quality Control System Managers; successful participants must attend all sessions and pass a written test with a score of at least 70. Registration is free, limited to 20 students, and responses are due by October 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EDT, with priority for personnel working on current or upcoming Mississippi Valley Division contracts.
