The County of San Bernardino (Department of Public Works - Solid Waste Management Division) is soliciting contractors to construct a Phase 1B liner system at the Landers Sanitary Landfill, including mobilization, excavation, installation of geosynthetic clay liners and geomembranes, drainage systems, and protective soil covers. The work includes substantial earthmoving (approx. 405,000 cubic yards of excavation) and installation of 285,000 sq ft of GCL, with performance to begin in April 2026 and completion within 180 working days from Notice to Proceed.
