Description: The project will construct improvements at Montclair Basins 2 and 3 to divert available storm flows from the San Antonio Creek Channel into the existing basins for groundwater recharge. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish, install, commission, start up, and deliver a complete and functional project in accordance with the Bid Documents. The solicitation is an electronic lump-sum bid with an estimated bid value of $3,200,000.00.
