Construction of a new 8,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The building is to be heated and provided with conditioned toilets, secure tool storage room and a multi-purpose space. There will be a fenced gravel yard approximately 4,800 square feet with gate and an additional ~20 paved parking stalls. The existing storm water detention basin will be expanded as required. An existing barn structure on site will be removed for placement of the new pemb structure and yard.
