Description: Construction of approx. 760 LF of street including curb and gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and new asphalt pavement, construction of approx. 660 LF of low pressure sewer force main, including cleanouts, E(one) units, and sewer stub outs, construction of 4 wells, approx. 500 LF of water services and stub outs, and construction of approx. 200 LF of new storm drain system including inlets, manholes, and appurtenances as part of a 10 lot development.
