Description: The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a Specialized Mission Training Facility (SMTF) in Laurel, MD. The project is intended to build the SMTF at the James J. Rowley Training Center, the primary training facility for the United States Secret Service, including a full-scale site and building representation of the White House, perimeter buildings, and grounds. The firm-fixed-price, phased-acquisition/two-phase construction procurement covers management, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, site planning, utilities, testing, inspection, commissioning, and related services, with an estimated construction cost of $260,000,000.00 to $290,000,000.00.
