Construction of a Boiler Replacement At the Burleigh County Courthouse

Mechanical work will consist of replacing the remaining steam heating boiler and systems with a series of condensing and non-condensing boilers, adding electric heating units in some areas, control work involving the building heating systems, minor HVAC improvements to second floor, and integration into the condensing boiler system that was installed over the winter. General work is considered incidental to the Mechanical work and is to be coordinated with the Mechanical contractor for the requirements thereto. Electrical work is considered incidental to the Mechanical work and is to be coordinated with the Mechanical contractor for the requirements thereto.
