Construction of a 30' By 70' Open-air Pavilion (Request for Proposal)

Description: The township seeks construction of a 30' by 70' open-air pavilion with a full ceiling. The structure shall be pole-barn style construction with open walls on all sides and wired for electrical outlets. Similar to the pavilion that is being replaced. The contractor shall evaluate the existing cement foundation for viability, including repair costs and if necessary, replacement costs. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all required permits.
