Construction Observation and Administration - Fourth Avenue Southwest Multimodal Improvements (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide construction administration, management, observation, and inspection services for new multimodal transportation facilities on Fourth Avenue Southwest from Southwest 156th Street to Southwest 160th Street. Work includes: Roadway widening for curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the east side of the roadway; bicycle lanes in each direction; lighting on the east side of the roadway; ADA ramp upgrades at all intersections; retaining walls; storm drainage facilities; paving; and traffic signal modifications.
