Construction Manager At Risk Services

The owner is requesting proposals to retain a qualified at-risk construction manager as contractor (CM), and to solicit contractor-controlled costs and related variable percentage of indirect costs (i.e. staffing, taxes, insurance, contingency, fee, etc.) and direct cost (Div 2-33). The CM will assist the design team with preconstruction efforts throughout the design phase, progressing towards the completion of design documents & permitting, in order to successfully manage the construction efforts. During the future design phase, if required, the CM will develop a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposal for the construction costs.
