Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) South Hillsborough Wellfield RFP
Tampa Bay Water is seeking proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the South Hillsborough Wellfield project located in Southern Hillsborough County, Florida. The project will tap into high-quality groundwater to supply 6-12 million gallons per day (mgd) of drinking water, with the wellfield expected to be online as early as 2030. The selected CMAR contractor will provide pre-construction services including design review, value engineering, and constructability reviews, followed by construction phase services.
