The CMa will assist the Owner in development and refinement of project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring alignment with Owner objectives and coordination with design consultants and the Construction Manager at Risk; the selected CMa will be ineligible to bid on the CMAR contract. The facility is planned for up to 15MW computing capacity (minimum 5MW at day one) and aims to capture clean-energy opportunities consistent with New York State and campus priorities.
