Construction Management Consultant - 2025-2026 ADA Improvements (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Review contractor's request to sublet, request for approval of material, weekly site visits, review design changes, work closely with City of Issaquah inspector, review force account submittals, prepare pay estimates, coordinate and respond to requests for information, prepare change orders and backup documentation, review contractor's schedule, and inspect as needed. Work extends approx 3,500' along Northwest Gilman Boulevard, including two additional intersections and includes: Sidewalk and driveway improvements; stormwater tie-in; ADA improvements; landscaping including street trees; asphalt paving; and traffic signal modification.
