Description: Provision of qualified construction companies to undertake renovation work on three specific rooms an inside restroom, an outdoor enclosed restroom and garage all within a single residence. Includes perform the demolition and removal of existing materials, specifically the tile, shower, vanity, toilet, and flooring. The drywall will be removed down to the studs. Contractor will remove old plumbing fixtures and electrical trim and will dispose of old materials.
