Concrete Replacement Project RFP

Description: Replacement of concrete at the Town garage. The project includes the replacement of approx. 2,540 SF of 8" thick concrete, consisting of a front apron, two overhead door pads, and a rear apron. The Town will furnish the concrete and reinforcing rebar. The Highway Department will perform the initial site preparation and grade work. The successful bidder shall provide installation of reinforcing rebar, concrete placement, finishing, broom finish, sealing, cleanup, and other work necessary to complete the project.
