Description: The Village of Newark is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan under the Fiscal Year 2025 Safe Streets and Roads for All program. The selected consultant will provide leadership and goal setting, safety analysis, stakeholder engagement, policy and process recommendations, strategy and project selection, and progress and transparency components.
